The parish has received a letter from the pilgrimage director of the Dublin Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes. A word of thanks to all volunteers who attended one of the safeguarding training session in our parish on Tuesday 18th and Thursday 20th of September. We hope that it was beneficial, informative and helpful in your important role as parish volunteers.
The weekend of Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd September is designated especially for prayer and awareness of the importance of safeguarding and protection measures for children and vulnerable adults in the Dublin Archdiocese and in our parish. A letter from Archbishop Martin will be read out at all Masses this weekend.
Thank you to everyone who contributed recently towards the cost of flowers in the collection box at the back of the church. A total of €201.85 was revealed when the seal was broken on the tin. Thank you so much for your generosity.

Thursday 6th September was the last meeting for the Croí Nua Programme. A group of 10 people participated in this adult faith development programme based on Celtic writings, reflections, prayers and discussions. The Parish Team is exploring possibilities to offer further opportunities for adult faith development in the parish. More information to follow.
St. Paul’s Club is a club for senior citizens in the area. They meet every Wednesday afternoon in Donore Cmmunity & Youth Centre and organise different outings and events for their members. New members are welcome.
