Data Protection in the Parish: – In different forms personal data are used by the parish for pastoral purposes. They are collected, administered, stored and returned according to the requirements of the above laws. This also affects the giving out of:
Baptism Certs:– We can no longer give out Baptismal Certs without proof of Identity (Photo ID only). Acceptable forms of identification are Driving Licence, Passport, or Public Services Card. If you are collection a Baptismal Cert and are not the parent you must have a letter of authorisation as well as photo ID.
Family Offerings:– Envelopes: The parish is very grateful for your contribution to the Family Offering collection. The personal information you provide is used by the parish to process the contribution. It is not shared with any other person or organisation. The information is kept only for as long as necessary and is then destroyed.
