Parishioners and Friends of St. Teresa’s
Sunday Masses will be celebrated in St. Teresa’s Church at the usual times, i.e. Saturday Vigil Mass at 6.30 p.m. and Sunday Masses at 10 a.m., 11 a.m. and 12.30 p.m.
The Church can accommodate 90 safely while keeping people 2 metres apart. We still encourage people to come at least 15-20 minutes early to enable an easy flow of access. Face coverings are recommended but not mandatory. In line with the latest detailed Covid-19 Guidance developed for religious services, the Church will be divided into two sections, the back and front of the church. Please observe the one way Entry and Exit system. Entrance will be through the side doors – parishioners should go left or right. Each section will have its own exit door – parishioners at the front of the Church will exit through the door to the right of the main altar. Parishioners at the back of the Church will exit through the back door. Holy Communion will be brought to each section. Doors will remain open for ventilation.
Please also note the following:-
- The obligation to attend Sunday Mass remains suspended
- People can attend Mass on weekdays instead of Sundays
- Those who are vulnerable in any way by age or medical condition should remain at home for now
- Holy communion will be brought to the homes of those who choose to stay at home and who let the Parish Team know.
