The season of Advent begins on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th November. An Advent Calendar of Church Services, up to and including Christmas, is available at the table in the middle of the church.
There will be NO Marist Calendar for 2023 distributed in the church as in past years. However, the parish will produce one instead. There is a cost involved and so we will need to have some charge in order to defray the cost but it will be kept to a minimum. More details will follow.
The Christmas Novena Mass Cards for the Marist Missions are now available after Mass, from the sacristy or from the parish house. €5 for a pack of five cards. A Novena of Masses will be said in the new year for the intentions of those who receive the cards.
We wish to thank all those who were involved with the creation of the Christmas Decorations this year. The decorations will be a wonderful addition to our Church as we celebrate the Christmas season.
The Parish Shop is opens with items for Christmas along with the usual religious items. Mass cards, Marist Christmas Cards and tickets for the Christmas concert are also available.
The Adult Choir has returned at the 11am Mass on Sunday mornings and is looking for and welcoming new members. Please join in with the singing if you can.
