Whether you support the parish financially via the weekly envelope, Standing Order, online, by cheque or any other traceable means, if you pay income tax, donate €250 or more per year, and fill out this CHY3 form, the parish may be able to claim back 45% of your original donation amount. 

If you are in a position to assist, please complete and return the CHY3 form to the Parish Office or any member of the Parish Team.

Please consider if you are in a position to assist this way – it will be of great assistance to the parish. In the past we have claimed back tax in this manner for the years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. We are now ready to do similarily for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
