The New Church Year begins on the First Sunday of Advent.

As we will be in Year A in the three-year cycle of Sunday readings, for the next year we will be hearing mainly from the Gospel of St. Matthew.  John’s gospel will feature very strongly in Lent with the stories of the Woman at the Well, the Curing of the Blind Man and the Raising of Lazarus.

Our weekday readings will follow Year II of the two-year weekday cycle of readings.
