On 28 April 2022 the parish was delighted and honoured when Archbishop Dermot Farrell concelebrated Mass with the Marist Fathers on the occasion of the feast day of St. Peter Chanel, Marist Priest and Martyr. Archbishop Farrell also blessed the new statue of St. Peter Chanel. We were delighted to welcome back a number of Marist priests to concelebrate the Mass on the occasion.
A huge word of thanks to all who participated in the Mass, cleaned and polished the church, prepared the hospitality, food, provided the beautiful music, decorated the shrine, and of course to our fantastic parishioners and friends for their presence on the night.
